Manufacturers from a wide variety of industries have turned to the advice and expertise of Rebecca Morgan over the past 30+ years. Before founding her consulting business in 1990 she served in leadership for employees of Perdue Farms, Cleveland Trust, Stouffer Foods, TRW and Precision CastParts.
In addition to her popular 2021 book Manufacturing Mastery: The Path to Building Successful and Enduring Manufacturing Businesses, Morgan has published hundreds of articles in INC Magazine, IndustryWeek’s IdeaXchange, American City Business Journals, The Association for Manufacturing Excellence (AME) publication Target and numerous other national and industry publications. In addition, her expertise is tapped by journalists writing for Fortune Magazine, Business Week, Dow-Jones Newswires, Wired and comparable publishers.
She is Board Approved in Operations Management by the Society for Advancement of Consulting, certified as Fellow by The Association for Operations Management (APICS) and was awarded Lifetime Member status by the Association for Manufacturing Excellence (AME). Morgan graduated with honors from both Wichita State University (BS Economics) and Oklahoma State University (MS Economics) before completing post graduate work at the Case Western Reserve University Weatherhead School of Management.
In addition to board positions and her advisory business, she contributes generously of her time to professional and civic organizations, travels extensively for both business and pleasure, and loves college and professional sports.
