Our History:
Rebecca Morgan started her operations consulting business in 1990, after 14 successful years in industry. The firm began as Gaddie & Associates, primarily subcontracting consulting services. After two years, eager to grow her company and bring on strategic partners whose complementary skills would benefit client organizations, Gaddie & Associates segued in 1992 into MCE, Inc.
Each of her 4 new partners brought an expertise and a style that provided great value to clients. After 5 years as President of MCE and anxious to exchange her administrative leadership role in the partnership for more direct client service, Morgan realized her creative energies flowed best in autonomy. That smooth transition resulted in the birth of Fulcrum ConsultingWorks Inc. in January 1997.
